The inspiration for this project comes from my grandmother - Flor Campos Gonzalez. She was one of the most hard working humans I have ever met. She taught me the value of simplicity, dragged me every Saturday to the farmers market in my town and cooked for us with love (and frugality).

I carried that love with me through my life. As I grew through out multiple areas of hospitality, those values continued to be the beacon for the person I wanted to be. Today they remain part of the message I want to share with the world and carry on with her legacy.

As a Costa Rican, we believe in simplicity, honesty and hard work. Respect for the land, nature and its resources. We will always listen and try not to operate in absolutes, we stay open to new ideas and perspectives, without losing our essence.

Simple ingredients, low intervention, honest smiles, big hearts and an obsession for details lead our efforts. Those are the partnerships we strive to build and the type of collaborations we seek.
